Delaware County Literacy Council (DCLC) holds free adult ESL classes at beginner through advanced levels, including accelerated ESL civics classes. GED Prep classes help students pass the GED exam. Adult Education courses support adults with 21stcentury workforce development skills. Online and in-person options are available.
Classes taught by DCLC instructors. Computer access for online learning available at CAAT.
