Meet Our Creative Director

Tiana Caldwell

Tiana Caldwell is a lifelong Chester resident, the daughter of Tamarra Caldwell and the eldest of four children. She graduated from Chester High School in 2007. She has studied various dance forms and has pursued her passion as a professional dancer. Tiana has performed with various artists including Chester’s own Jamai and YMCMB artist Shanelle Presently Tiana is an entrepreneur using her skills in dance to teach local talented youth. She’s the resident hip hop instructor at Abundance Center of Performing Arts. She also serves as the dance program director at the Chester Center Arts and Technology Center (CAAT). Tiana is a firm believer in mental and spiritual health. Tiana never thought she’d become a Philanthropist, until the drowning death of her youngest brother Devin Lee Caldwell. She knew she didn’t want other families to endure what her family had to. So, Tiana founded Kiss Your Little Brothers Foundation which is near and dear to her heart. The mission of the foundation is to save lives one swim lesson at a time. In 2017 the foundation provided 75 life vests, pool toys and swim safety information to Chester residents at the first annual Kiss Your Little Brothers Day. In 2018 she decided to provide a skill more effective than a life vest. The foundation partnered with the Kids First Swim School to provide free swim lessons to her list of services. Tiana reached out to her network of friends who became sponsors and collected donations from her community. Since then KYLB has provided over 60 swim lessons to Chester, Delaware and New Jersey children. Tiana has big plans KYLB in the near futureand encourages everyone to support. She has experienced tremendous tragedy losing two of her younger brothers, and therefore encourages everyone to “Kiss Your Little Brothers”.
