Meet Our Creative Director
Tiana Caldwell
Tiana Caldwell is a lifelong Chester resident, the daughter of Tamarra Caldwell, and the eldest of four children. She graduated from Chester High School in 2007 and went on to study various dance forms pursuing her passion as a professional dancer. Tiana has performed with various artists including Chester’s own, Jamai and YMCMB artist, Shanelle. Presently, Tiana is an entrepreneur using her skills in dance to teach the local, talented youth. She’s the resident hip-hop instructor at Abundance Center of Performing Arts and serves as the dance program director at the Chester Center Arts and Technology Center (CAAT).

Tiana is a firm believer in mental and spiritual health who never thought she’d become a Philanthropist until the drowning death of her youngest brother, Devin Lee Caldwell. Not wanting other families to endure what her family had to, she founded Kiss Your Little Brothers Foundation, which is near and dear to her heart. The mission of the foundation is to save lives one swim lesson at a time. In 2017, the foundation provided 75 life vests, pool toys, and swim safety information to Chester residents at the First Annual Kiss Your Little Brothers Day. In 2018, she decided to provide a skill more effective than a life vest when she partnered with the Kids First Swim School to provide free swim lessons. Tiana reached out to her network of friends who were happy to become sponsors and help collect donations from the community. Since then, KYLB has provided over 60 swim lessons to children within the Chester, Delaware, and New Jersey area. Tiana has big plans for KYLB in the near future and encourages everyone to support. After experiencing tremendous tragedy, losing two of her younger brothers, she wants to remind everyone to “Kiss Your Little Brothers.”
