What is Meditation?
It is a practice of turning your attention away from distracting thoughts and
focusing on the present moment to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and
enhance wellness and wellbeing.

Who: Chester Community Charter School Parents
What: Restorative Practice for Body, Mind, Heart, Soul
When: January 14th – March 17th (Every Tuesday) 6:30-8:00pm
Where: 2300 West 4th Street ~ Chester, PA 19013 (The CAAT Center)
The goal of the sessions is for parents to access their gifts and power to understand and consistently
handle difficult situations, behavioral challenges, and communication issues in different aspects of their life.
