Honoring Black and Brown History-All Year Long

This February, the CAAT Center is proud to announce a year-long partnership with community organizations to celebrate Black and Brown History in America, from February through December. Our stories, contributions, struggles, and triumphs are not confined to a single month; they are woven into the very fabric of this nation.

Through cultural programming, arts experiences, technology initiatives, and humanities-based learning, CAAT and its partners will uplift voices that have too often been erased or overlooked. Together, we will honor the past, engage the present, and invest in a future rooted in truth, creativity, and collective liberation.

This initiative reflects CAAT’s unwavering commitment to eliminating poverty through culture, arts, technology, and the humanities by ensuring that history is remembered, community knowledge is valued, and our narratives are told by us.

We will not be forgotten.

Stay connected throughout the year as we share events, conversations, collaborations, and opportunities to learn, reflect, and celebrate together.
