Chester Education Foundation (CEF)
Since 1989, the Chester Education Foundation (CEF) has been providing youth with educational and financial opportunities that promote neighborhood revitalization in the Chester Upland community. Because of the Chester Education Foundation, we have had the pleasure of working with some of Chester’s brightest students as they’ve worked with us to establish more impactful youth programming while organizing and structuring our member database. We are ecstatic about teaching our students the responsibilities of running a non profit organization, specifically in an urban community. Thank you to the Chester Education Foundation for providing the CAAT Center with the opportunity to leave an imprint on our children!
