Adulting…Kinda podcast presents our very first Open Mic Night and you’re invited! If you’d like to hit the stage, please dm us on Instagram and let us know. We’d love to see you there!
The event is free and open to the public; however, we ask that everyone bring a positive attitude and extend genuine love and support toward anyone and everyone in the room. It will be held on Saturday, April 30th, from 7pm-10pm at the Chester CAAT Center (2300 W. 4th Street). Come on out and enjoy everything this event has to offer!
Our goal for the night is to provide a safe space for young adults to enjoy the arts without any worries. If you or anyone you know would like to showcase your talent, whether it’s spoken work, poetry, singing, rapping, or something in between, please join us. If you want to show it, we want to see it! This event will be an excellent opportunity to meet new people, network, or just vibe out and enjoy the magic of the night! You can sign up ahead of time or upon arrival.
With very special guests to help kick things off, Ree the Righteous and Quadii will be there doing their thing. They will also be featured on the 9th episode of our podcast, where you’ll get to hear conversation filled with great vibes and energy surrounding all things music, the arts, and much, much more.
